Scientific and practical recommendations " Organization of production of clean milk " Object of study - povnovikovi cows, milk from cows kept in different agroecological zones of Ternopil region. -Purpose is to develop suggestions for the transition to agriculture Ukrainian economy from traditional to organic management direction for the production of high-quality and safe milk. Scientific novelty of this work is to build proposals Agriculture Ukrainian households to switch from traditional to organic management direction to produce organic products of the highest quality. The recommendations suggested system requirements for organic farming, animal husbandry, housing, feeding, milk and baby food. Implementation of development will provide economic benefits by stimulating the improvement of the quality of milk: extra for the brand - 25%, higher grade - 20%. Potential customers - agribusinesses producing milk processing enterprises of agroindustrial complex.
