The association of the gene polymorphism Asp299Gly TLR4 (rs4986790) in children with atopic dermatitis who are susceptible to acute respiratory viral infections with the features of the disease has been investigated. It has been shown that the mutant allele G of polymorphism Asp299Gly TLR4 (rs4986790) gene determines the severity of the disease and the development of complications in children with atopic dermatitis who are susceptible to acute respiratory viral infections. The relationship of the indicators of allergic inflammation and T-regulatory cells with the phenotype of CD4 + CD25 + FOXP3 in patients with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma has been established for the first time.
