The monitoring survey was conducted of allergy patients, residents of the Poltava region. It has been shown that the most significant cause of the allergens in the development of allergic diseases in the population of Poltava are epidermal allergens and allergens Dermatophagoidic mites. For the first time the database of the patients undergoing tests on the basis of the Research Institute of Genetics and Immunological Grounds of Pathology and Pharmacogenetics of the High State Educational Establishment of Ukraine "Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy" in the period from 2008 to 2010 has been formed. The association of polymorphisms TLR4 (rs4986790) and TLR2 (rs5743708) was revealed with the increased levels of production of allergen-specific IgE to 20 common allergens (food, pollen, epidermal, household) in patients with allergic diseases. The association of the gene polymorphism Asp299Gly TLR4 (rs4986790) in children with atopic dermatitis who are susceptible to acute respiratory viral infections with the features of the disease has been investigated. It has been shown that the mutant allele G of polymorphism Asp299Gly TLR4 (rs4986790) gene determines the severity of the disease and the development of complications in children with atopic dermatitis who are susceptible to acute respiratory viral infections. The relationship of the indicators of allergic inflammation and T-regulatory cells with the phenotype of CD4 + CD25 + FOXP3 in patients with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma has been established for the first time.
