Description

Objectives: determination of particular characteristics of morpho-functional changes of periodontium tissues at neck and peri-apical regions associated with various types of parodontitis and periodointitis; Particular changes of periodintium morpho-genesis associated with chronic periodointitis was demonstrated; particularly: increased inflammation- and degenerative related changes. High-frequency biological tissues welding results in edema of internal reticular and ganglion retina layers associated with rods and cones layer complex structure impairment, with minimum changes of external and internal nuclear layers; changes of cyto-architectonics associated with edema were detected.
