During the work by modern methods of analysis and objective study of the environment, by recreational resources of sea and river estuary areas that have significant strategic importance for the further development of our country. The first phase of the study of ecologic - hygienic condition of Danube allowed to select areas that are subject of study and have varying degrees of anthropogenic impact . The work aims at scientific basis of medical and preventive measures to ensure environmental and hygienic safety of the population in estuarine areas of the coast and the development of measures for preservation and strengthening of health. The report is devoted to solving actual scientific problems - the study of river estuarine areas of the coast .
