In presented work it is found that detection of glutathione-S-transferase M1 genotype in patients with hepatitis C could be a predictor of development of chronic hepatitis C. It has been studied the peculiarities of cytochrome-P450 2C9 and C19 polymorphism in patients with tuberculosis that has influence on metabolism of certain medicines in this category of patients. It is proved a necessity of coagulation and fibrinolysis correction with medicines in patients with tuberculosis as well as high pr?cising and informative capability of low-frequency vibration piezoelectric hemocoagulography for the evaluation of hemostasis system status.
