Unlike approved earlier coverages on the basis of nitride of titan new composition of coverages is offered on the basis of connections of Ti - Si - N with small content of silicon (of to 3 % weight) . Comparison of physicomechanical and official descriptions is conducted, namely: to resistance to the abrasive, cavitational and corrosive wear for standards with coverages of both syllables. The executed optimization of properties of coverages is on relative content of silicon in their composition. Nitride of titan, that contains silicon has higher descriptions of durability, the best (to 2 times) corrosive resistance, and also an increase abrasive(a level of initial wear is in 5 times below as compared to nitride of titan). At the use of the technological reception related to the vacuum annealing of deposited coverages, there was an additional substantial increase them abrasive and to cavitation resistance. This effect is conditioned by the decline of level of internal tension. Investigational behavior of these coverages at the atmospheric heating to 1000 degrees. The further increase of descriptions of sheeting is got at change of reactionary gas of nitrogen by mixture of working gases nitrogen- argon. In experience technological processes with the optimized compositions of these mixtures were recived Ti - Si - N of coverage with high hardness(to 50 GPа). Them abrasive firmness in 2,5 times higher in comparing to resistance of the coverages got in the atmosphere of clean nitrogen. Such coverages have also higher indexes to resistance corrosive and to the cavitation wear. It is shown that such descriptions are conditioned by formation of nanosize structures. For totalities of the got results drawn conclusion about perspective of the use of the got coverages for the increase of operating resource of details of equipment that yields to the action of coolant-moderator of high parameters. As a result of realization of development test party of shoulder-blades of steam and gas turbines is produced and conducted them stand tests on ВАТ "Motor-Sich".
