Object of research - the efficiency of the professional activity of the specialists of special units of the service of collection of SSS at MIA Ukraine. Subject of research - psychological support for the effectiveness of the professional activity of the specialists of special units of the service of collection of SSS at MIA Ukraine. The purpose of work - on the basis of empirical research of the psychological peculiarities of the specialists of the special collection service SSS at MIA Ukraine to elaborate recommendations regarding psychological ensure the effectiveness of their professional activity. Methods of research - theoretical analysis of literature, psychological testing, student's t-criterion, C - Fisher’s criterion (angular conversion). As a result of their research work analyzes the theoretical approaches to understanding the professional providing the effectiveness of professional activity. Identifying the psychological characteristics that influence the effectiveness of professional activity of specialists collection of SSS at MIA Ukraine. Defined psychological peculiarities of cashiers depending on the experience of professional activity. Recommendations regarding psychological support of the effectiveness of professional activity of specialists of the special collection service SSS at MIA Ukraine.5481
