RESEARCH SUBJECT - current legislation of Ukraine, Russia and EC countries, State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine, US Pharmacopoeia, European Pharmacopoeia on the quality control of medicines of domestic and foreign production. RESEARCH OBJECTIVE - to perform the research compliance confirmation of medicines to modern requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine and the leading pharmacopoeias of the world, to carry out an evaluation of the methods of quality control. RESEARCH METHODS - bibliographic, physical-chemical, microbiological, toxicological, statistical. RESULTS OF THE WORK - analysis of documents of current legislation of Ukraine, Russia, and the EU countries and the United States, regulating a performance of the quality control of pharmaceutical products, was performed. Methods of quality control of medicines were studied and analyzed. A quality control of medicine samples was conducted and their safety for the realization on the territory of Ukraine was established. At the performance of the investigations, samples of pharmaceutical products were analyzed for the compliance with the requirements of the analytical documentation provided to customers according to the concluded contracts.
