A purpose of work is determination and analysis of actual problems of meteorology, hydrology and oceanology, ecology of environment; ground of scientific-methodical base of research of these problems; approbation of calculation charts of researches and development of the scientific-grounded recommendations in decision of actual problems on the example of separate objects and processes. Research method - methods of mathematical modelling and analysis; structural and landscape-ecological approaches. Results - the actual problems of hydrometeorology, guard of environment and grounded scientific-methodical base of their research.
