The aim of the research is the development of a system of evaluation of the financial market development on the basis of improving the competitiveness of its individual segments , the establishment of modern mechanisms for the protection of national economy from the negative impact of the manifestations of the crisis phenomena at the world financial markets. Developed by the scientific and methodological approach the optimal integration of the domestic financial market to international financial space, formed mechanisms of protection of the domestic financial market from the expansion of global capital, describes mechanisms for minimization of negative influence of the global crisis on the financial market of Ukraine, conducted a search of ways to ensure a favorable tax climate for market participants developed a system for evaluating the development of the financial market and the system of measures on realization of the basic directions of development of the Ukrainian stock market. The results of researches are introduced into educational process with teaching of special disciplines for students of the speciality "finances and credit", in particular, a Handbook "Financial market".5481
