The adhesive cells which have been isolated from marrow and adipose tissue by long duration cultivation until 25-30 days have been transformed into similar fibroblastic mesenchymal stem cells which have different biological properties and can be transformed into neurogenic stem cells. Progenitor cells and MSC were found to have immunosuppressor properties in vitro and in vivo and to inhibit the development of the reaction of owher against transplantat and development of the experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis. The study of antitumor activity of MSC has shown they are able to inhibit the growth of brain glioma 101.8 of rats upon the definite conditions. MSC and their precessors have an influence on regenerative processes namely they are able to accelerate and inhibit the regeneration skin and resume the function of the ischemic nerve during the experiment MSC and their predecessors secrete the humoral factors during the cultivation which have similar properties pointing out of the perspectivity of the further research of these specific factors.
