As a result of our reseach work we evaluated an actual problem of medicine - prophylaxis and prognosis of unfavourable course of infectious and inflammatory diseases of respiratory and gastrointestinal tract in children. Including of cholecalciferol into H. Pylori eradication therapy allowed us significantly improve the results of patients outcome compared with standart therapy (r=+0,262, р=0,010). It faced on effective eradication percenage (р=0,038), and decreasing of proliferation activity (р=0,033) and the colonization closeness НР (р=0,027). Prophylactic treatment with bacterial lisate in children 3-14 years of age leads to decrease the lasting and frequency of upper respiratory tract infections episodes. Complication frequency has also been decreased. In major cases it accompanyes by forming the eubiotic state, and improving the immunity indexes.
