As a result of experiments, it was found that in intact animals the most significant antinociceptive effect of NSAIDs including ketorolac was noted in that manifested increasing pain threshold by 2.1 times within an hour. Analysis of the analgesic properties we selected analgesics in animals with normally functioning central nervous system showed that the rate and magnitude of the maximum effect of the drug can be arranged in the following order: diclofenac sodium>celecoxib>analben> ketoprofen> benzofurokayin.
