The purpose is to study the functional state of glutathione dependent and oxidant-antioxidant systems in experimental PE, to determine violations of various parts of these systems. The following methods are used: experimental, biochemical, histological and statistical. Under the experimental PE condition activation of lipid peroxidation, homeostasis violation of glutathione dependent enzyme system, increasing the sorption capacity of red blood cells, the accumulation of endogenous intoxication markers - the average molecular weight were established. Identified biochemical violations depend on the adrenaline dose and the times elapsed after the pathology simulation, and have a maximum intensity changes at a dose of epinephrine 1,5 mg/kg body weight. Histomorphological signs of experimental PE depending on the dose of the drug and the time of observation were defined.
