Theoretically studied the effects of disordering in quasi-two-dimensional films and layered structures due to the propagation of electromagnetic and acoustic excitations; experimentally studied peculiarities and mechanisms of formation of nanostructured films and the possibility of obtaining a films of carbon structures in the form of nanocolumns doped with europium ions. Methods of research: theoretical - virtual crystal approximation, numerical simulation methods; experimental - methods of scanning electronic, atomic-force microscopy combined with Raman spectroscopy.
