The purpose of work: Select individual types of responses of athletes to physical (and training) load. Determine the features of the manifestation of physical performance of athletes depending on the type of response functional systems humoral stimuli. Object of research: the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, autonomic nervous system, neuromuscular system, physical performance parameters Results of research: Essentially new results highlight the physiological factors that achieve high availability, performance, cardiorespiratory system, the implementation of aerobic and anaerobic capacity during sports training, taking into account individual differences in physiological reactivity athletes. First identified opportunities to assess individual propensity to various manifestations of endurance in sports and individual types of response to physical (and training) load based on new methods for assessing the sensitivity of the cardiorespiratory system to hypercapnic stimulus.
