The mathematical models which describe physical processes in multicomponent media with thin inclusions are developed and the correctness of corresponding boundary- and initial-boundary problems is proved. On a basis of developed theory of optimal control the methodology of construction of explicit functional-residuals gradients for development of methods of identification of various parameters of heat conduction problems is created.
