This interimidiate report covers the development of computational method of allowable stresses calculatiion for irregular zones of structure and is a continuation of the report that was dedicated to the computational method of allowable stresses calculation in the regular zones. The aim of the work is theoretical and experimental justification of allowable stress dependence on the profile flight parameters, characteristics of the atmospheric turbulence, the design parameters and parameters of tehnological processes, fatigue characteristics of the material. The object of research is irregular zone of airplane wing structure, which is operated under random loading . The subject of research is the process of fatigue damage accumulation in irregular zone of the wing structure in a typical flight on a given mass- inertial parameters of the airplane. The calculation of the stress- strain state was made with the help of finite element method in conjunction with analytical functions, based on the principle of superposition. Calculation damaging power factors made by probabilistic and statistical methods based on mathematical modeling of dynamic loading process . Strain characteristics in the point of greatest stress concentration obtained experimentally by using a specialized stand. Scientific newness of the research work is to develop a new computational method of allowable stresses calculatiion, providing design resource of irregular zones of airplane wing structure. Method takes into account the airplane model profiles and service time in combined operation for a number of mission profiles , atmospheric turbulence scheme , the fatigue characteristics of the material , design and technological parameters. The obtained dependences of allowable stresses for irregular zones of project resource allow to perform resource analysis and optimization of the typical flight profiles in terms of accumulated fatigue damage.
