Scientifically-reasonable conception and improved methods of estimation of the technical state of objects of engineer of enhanceable danger (on the example of loading cranes) are worked out. The power method of estimation of level of нагруженности of metallic constructions of loading cranes and integral method of estimation of bearing strength of металлоконструкции are worked out. The methods of calculation of rational brake moments of mechanisms of movement of loading cranes are worked out, which allows to 50 % to reduce the level of the horizontal inertia loading and amplitude of vibrations of load. Worked out device for the estimation of the technical state of mechanisms of loading cranes which are protected by the patents of Ukraine on inventions. The new electron-ultrasonic method of definition residual stress of engineering objects of the increased danger on the basе of the use surface acoustic Rayleing waves is designed. The method of determining the degree of fatigue damage OMHD using vibroprofile and surfaces- indicators offered.
