The direction of attack by ozone changes toward oxidization of methyl group and aromatic ring by acylation of amino group. Acetaminotoluene reacts with ozone with the formation mainly of products of destruction of aromatic ring - aliphatic peroxides (83,5-92,9%), and products of the oxidation on a methyl group - on the early stages of acetaminobenzaldehydes, and on more deep - acetaminobenzoic acids (5,1-14,2%) . It is set that in the presence of the traditional catalyst of process of oxidation of the methylbenzenes by ozone in acetic acid of acetate of cobalt (II) selectivity of oxidization on a methyl group is a bit increased (25,0-35,5%), nevertheless the main direction of the reaction remains ozonolysis of aromatic ring. And only introduction to the catalytic system of bromide of potassium displaces the equilibrium of reaction mainly toward oxidization on a methyl group with formation of acetaminobenzoic acids with the output 70,0-90,0%. The kinetics of basic stages of catalytic cycle is studied, the proposed chart of oxidizing-restoration catalysis, which, on the whole, answers the experimental findings. The optimum terms of realization of synthesis of aminobenzoic acids were defined. The technology and technological chart of process of receipt of 4-aminobenzoic acid is offered.
