The beam parameters that can be expected at the experimental facility were calculated. The calculations were performed for the cases when the experimental facility is irradiated with the high-intensity electron beam directly from the electron accelerator and when this facility id irradiated with beams of secondary particles, electrons and positrons. The parameters of the beam (size and angular divergence ) at the experimental facility were studied in the horizontal and vertical planes. For beam transport and control of beam parameters we need such diagnostic tools as high-intensity electron beam and secondary beams . The expected intensity of the secondary electron beam with an energy of 50 MeV is N'e ~ 7,5·103 e-/sek . Expected number of positrons is about 3 times less.
