The upgrades of equipment and methods SEM, FTIR, UV - visible spectroscopy, AFM for diagnostics of materials at the nanoscale has been made. A new method for determining the type of superhard materials in composites, based on cBN on the basis of FTIR microspectroscopy was created. The first step in creating a common methodology mapping of the surface energy with high spatial resolution was made. The method of ion - plasma vacuum technology for metal nanoparticles was improved.
