The purpose of the project - theoretical framework, mathematical methods and information technologies development for nonlinear dynamic systems inverse models synthesis for solving problems of robust and synergistic control of complex technical systems under uncertainty, namely the correction of dynamic errors and distortion for signal recovery and synergetic synthesis of robust controllers with indirect measurement and compensation of unknown disturbances. Research methods - methods of synergetic theory and robust control, model predictive control method, dynamical observers theory, methods of synthesis of systems with variable structure and sliding mode method, identification methods theory, in particular, support vector machines and kernel methods, methods of computational experiment and computer simulation. Theoretically justified inverse model method, as well as its application for a number of problems of identification and control of complex technical systems under uncertainty. Synergistic properties of inverse dynamic systems are investigated. The mathematical methods and algorithms are developed for nonlinear dynamic systems identification under substantially limited a priori information based on computational intelligence techniques, in particular, kernel methods and support vector machine method. The methods of structural and parametric synthesis and optimization of inverse dynamic models are developed, synthesis of dynamic observers and compensators disturbances on their basis, as well as methods and algorithms for structural synthesis and parametric optimization of robust control systems with dynamic disturbances compensators and observers under the presence of uncertain disturbances and noises. The technique of solving practical problems of robust and synergistic control of nuclear power plants is proposed, control processes simulation and efficiency assessment of the developed algorithms are performed and recommendations for their practical application are developed.
