Laid the foundation of the modular system of preclinical studies of potential anticancer drugs - has created a unique for Ukraine panel with 60 cell lines of malignant tumors of various organs, similar to that of the U.S. National Cancer Institute, for the screening of activity and determination of safety of new anticancer drugs and drug support anticancer therapy. Investigated the morphology, cell growth and cytogenetic characteristics of established cancer cultures and validation was carried out of cell systems in vitro susceptibility to a wide range of known and some new anticancer drugs. Created test systems for testing in vitro biological activity of drugs accompanying antitumor therapy (cytokines and their receptors, antibodies).
