Theoretical basics for national industrial policy and its substantial peculiarities in accordance with the industry development were substantiated; methodology of integral measurement of industrial activities' priority according to the efficiency criteria, industrial activity, supplies for the domestic market and promotion of structural and technological modernization was proposed; methodology for measuring ecological level of industrial production based on decoupling theory was further developed; substantial features of financial provision potential for reprocessing processes were theoretically grounded; results of the effects of the economical crisis on corporate management were generalized and the necessity to reinforce the motivational strategy of engagement of corporate relations' participants was substantiated; priority areas of industrial policy, which should be a strategic vector of the new industrial development paradigm, were identified.
