Scientific work that was performed during the period from May 29 to August 31, 2013 was aimed at forecasting changes in the environmental state estuary Kuyalnik provided that it will be filling with water to the desalination of sea water from the Gulf of Odessa . Developed recommendations to maintain an optimal state of estuary ecosystem . The analysis was conducted extensive literature sources , were also carried out special laboratory experiments to study the rate of evaporation of water with different salinity , oxygen dissolution in water of different salinity and temperature , as well as experiments on the development of Green algae dunaliella and Branchiopoda Artemia in the different salinity . This report is presented in five sections of 97 pages, illustrated with 41 drawings and 37 tables . The bibliography includes 136 sources.
