The regional register of objects of education, treatment and utilization of wastes is developed on 2013 on paper and electronic transmitters. A register is the informacionno-spravochnym bank of data, which decides the task of accumulation, storages of information about wastes and uses of it in the field of state administration with the purpose of diminishing of volumes of wastes and their rational the subsequent use as the second raw material.
