A research purpose is development teoretiko-methodological positions in relation to the scientific ground of choice of strategic directions of development of engineer of Ukraine and naukovo-praktichnikh recommendations from providing of their realization in the conditions of introduction investment-innovative models of development of national economy. A research object is processes of development of machine-building complex of Ukraine. Research methods are approach of the systems, theoretical generalization, analysis, synthesis, scenario design, kognitivniy method. On the basis of theoretical generalization of world experience of development of engineer, and also results of analysis of methodical approaches, to forming of strategies of development of the difficult economic systems the theoretical going is improved near the ground of choice of strategy of development of machine-building complex of Ukraine, subsoil of which is a theory of system transformation of pattern of production of industrial goods in innovative, investment and geographical (after the regions of the world) aspects; an application of positions of theory of economic cycles domain is extended by development scientifically methodical to approach to forming of scenarios of development of engineer on the whole and power a sector depending on the variativnosti supply of products to the markets of countries and innovative potential; naukovo-praktichni recommendations are developed in relation to the improvement of organizational and economic mechanisms of state influence on the structural re-erecting and modernization of machine-building industry on the basis of theory of market economy, theory of transitional economy and theory of competitive edges; the scenarios of strategic development of power engineer of country are developed depending on the dynamics of internal and external demand on the products of energyengineer; the methodical going is developed near prognostication of development of engineer of Ukraine on the basis of the use of method of scenario prognostication and kognitivnogo method, which allows to find out the wide spectrum of the negative and crisis phenomena in development of industry, reasons of their origin, variants of development of industry, and carry out the calculation of prognosis indexes of development of engineer of Ukraine recognition different variants of vzaemovplivu of endogenous and exogenous factors of functioning of industry.
