Scientific novelty of the work: further development of theoretical-methodological approaches to the definition of "financial innovation", their classification and diffusion; summarized the foreign practice of introduction of financial innovation over the areas of products, processes, technologies, models; analyzed and summarized the results of sociological survey respondents workers and clients of the Bank to assess the level of innovation activity of domestic banks; practical recommendations for formation of organizational-economic mechanism of management of financial innovations, evaluation of the effectiveness and impact of financial innovations on banking activities.
