It was established that the risk of IATI in minor allele homozygotes for the A/A (G-7A polymorphism gene MGP) is 2.6 times higher than that of the principal allele - G/G and G/A, and in homozygous carriers of minor allele C/C (T2255S gene polymorphism VKORS1) 2.2 times higher than that of homozygotes for the major allele. The association of gene polymorphisms MGP, VDR, VKORS1, GGCX and BMP- 2 with GCS Ukrainian population was investigated. It is shown that the risk of ACS in minor allele homozygotes for the A/A (G-7A polymorphism gene MGP) is 2.8 times higher than that of the principal allele - G/G and G/A, and in homozygotes for the minor alleles B/B (BsmI polymorphism of the gene VDR) - in 2,1 times; Gln/Gln (Arg325Gln polymorphism GGCX gene) and C/C (T2255S polymorphism VKORS1 gene) was in 2 times higher than in homozygous carriers of the major alleles - b/b, Arg/Arg, T/T. With the use of mathematical modeling established two-component classification model that includes polymorphisms G-7A and Thr83Ala MGP gene and allows to predict the risk of ACS predictive ability of 60% . Established that match the patient's identical genotypes options under these polymorphisms is associated with a high risk of developing ACS: In heterozygotes, this risk increases to 2.1 and homozygotes for the minor allele - in 6.3 times. Phenotypic entropy interaction G-7A and Thr83Ala loci are 8 %, which confirms the pronounced synergistic effect of both SNP. The relationship of MGP gene polymorphism with lipid metabolism and hypercoagulation of blood (HCB) in patients with ACS and IATI was analyzed. In patients with ACS who have the genotype T/C (T138C polymorphism gene MGP) and a/a (ApaI polymorphism VDR gene), and in patients with IATI who are carriers of genotype C/C, T/C (T138C polymorphism MGP gene) and Ala/Ala (Thr83Ala polymorphism MGP gene), revealed lipid spectrum of blood plasma, indicating a greater susceptibility to atherosclerosis as well as to its complications. In patients with ischemic stroke of haplotypes bAT (polymorphisms BsmI, ApaI, TaqI gene VDR) expression of the lipid profile of blood occur in 3.8 times less than that of the other haplotypes, indicating the importance of protective alleles combining data on complications IATI dyslipoproteinemia . The risk of blood hypercoagulation syndrome in patients with IATI 2.7 times higher in patients with genotype A/A polymorphism at ApaI gene VDR, than homozygotes for the major allele. HCB was significantly more frequent in carriers of A/A genotype at polymorphism G-7A gene MGP, than carriers of G/G and G/A genotypes.
