Object of research - scientific, organizational and coordinating activities of the subjects of the NAS of Ukraine in the field of nanotechnology, in particular implementing the state target scientific and technical program "Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials" for 2010-2014 "approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.10. 09 № 1231 . The purpose of the project - to develop approaches, tools and model samples of standard solutions with digital accounting applied scientific results and scientific and technical production state program for example State Target Scientific and Technical Program "Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials" to be presented on the Internet. Results: architectural solutions designed for documentary lifecycle annual formation of the target research programs. Separately developed solutions for the life cycle of creating documents.
