Object of research - transport system in the conditions of a network logistic environments. The purpose of work consists in development of the intellectual (information) systems providing the solution of "conflict" situations of the industrial enterprises arising at interaction and public transport, thereby providing optimum service of production and the population of large industrial regions at simultaneous decrease in ecological influence, air pollution by emissions, reduction of consumption of energy and jams on roads. Research method - modern mathematical methods and computer technologies which allow the person making decisions, to solve poorly structured problems, and such which demand processing of large volumes of information for search of reasonable decisions. As their complexity it is possible to refer support of a state, process maintenance, state change, change of a course of process to number of the main objectives of management. Mechanisms of harmonization of processes of economy and ecology which are considered antagonistic because the city is freed from a large number of transport are offered, and at the same time productivity of vehicles increases. Methods and technologies of development of logistic networks, chains and their links in such allied industries of economy, as agriculture, power and transport are developed. The way of the decision scientifically - a technical problem - release of the city from a large number of transport, with preservation of historically developed spatial order is offered.
