The purpose of the study - to evaluate the possible influence of anticancer treatments on the occurrence of second tumors for dispensary optimization and monitoring of cancer patients. Theoretical and practical results - information model of the database for storing catamnestical information about cancer patients with detail schemes of special treatment and long-term effects of the disease was created. Based on the model the special database was created and loaded. Novelty - In contrast to the existing domestic and foreign analogues this database is not focused on a specific tumor. This fact conditions its multi-nosologycal orientation and gives formal approach to the description of the treatment and its mathematical analysis. Field of application – oncology.
