Object of research - adjusted estimation of the of second tumors and late metastasis occurrences, depending on the first tumor's treatment based on the analysis of arrays formalized data histories of oncology patients. The purpose of the study - to evaluate the possible influence of anticancer treatments on the occurrence of second tumors for dispensary optimization and monitoring of cancer patients. Research methods and equipment - methods of parametric and nonparametric statistics, multivariate statistical analysis, the technology Data Mining. Theoretical and practical results - information model of the database for storing catamnestical information about cancer patients with detail schemes of special treatment and long-term effects of the disease was created. Based on the model the special database was created and loaded. Novelty - In contrast to the existing domestic and foreign analogues this database is not focused on a specific tumor. This fact conditions its multi-nosologycal orientation and gives formal approach to the description of the treatment and its mathematical analysis. Field of application – oncology.
