The aim is to substantiate and to investigate experimentally the technology of increase of professional teacher's competence in a kindergarten's inclusive group in the process of the psychological and the pedagogical support. The first stage is the theoretical and the methodological stage (01.01.2013 - 31.12.2013). The complex of scientific research methods, in particular, the analysis of the foreign and the native literature followed by systematization and synthesis of scientific information, the study of the international legal framework and the national legislation in the field of social protection and education for children with special needs have been used. The issue has been theoretically substantiated, in particular, been carried out the systemic study of the phenomenon of "the psychological and the educational support in the conditions of the inclusive education" in the context of the professional educator's activity of a preschool educational institution. It has been found that the notion "psychological and pedagogical support" is understood as an integral process of learning, forming, development and professional growth of a teacher. Thus the structure is cyclical, as each stage of professionalism is a step towards achieving the better results, which proves the unlimited opportunities for growth of the pedagogical skill of an educator in an inclusive group. The regional meeting of the consulting laboratory of preschool education in the form of the scientific and the methodological seminar for employees of preschools of Rivne region and Ukraine on "Implementation of the new edition of the Base Component of preschool education: challenges of science and practice" was held. Published: 1 tutorial and 1 educational textbook, 2 methodical textbooks approved by the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, 17 scientific articles, in professional journals - 7. Total number of printed sheets - 105,8. The novelty of the project is to develop the innovative technologies of the psychological and the pedagogical support of an inclusive group's teacher of a preschool educational establishment. The materials of the research were presented at the International (Sturova (Slovakia), Minsk (Belorussia), Balti (Moldova), Kyiv, Khmelnitsky, Vinnitsa), 2 All-Ukrainian (Rivne, Lutsk) scientific conferences.
