In the study presented : didactic content of individual applications of natural science subjects in high school teaching based on the ideas of integration and differentiation , the system specific didactic principles on the use of IT in the formation of natural science as a means of intensification of teaching and learning activities. We offer methodical system of teacher training natural sciences on the basis of integration of functional and objective approach allows to design new pedagogical model of teacher training to ensure the education industry " Natural " qualified professionals who have appropriate professional and vocational and educational training.
