As a result of the second phase of the study found that the educational services market in Ukraine is becoming more international. Stimulating the development of the educational activities in Ukraine requires the development and implementation of the measures at the national level in terms of: - increase the investment attractiveness of the universities to national investors, expanding types of the higher education institutions in accordance with their capabilities and objectives, determines the program of the socio - economic development of the society, state, regional skill needs, the needs of the labor market and the private sector, as well as tasks that determine the course of Ukraine to the integration of the higher education in the global educational and scientific space; - preservation of the human capital in Ukraine and addressing outflow of the talent to other countries in terms of development of the student mobility, using the experience of China, India, Kazakhstan and other countries.
