The technology of the preparation of multilayers surface – barrier photoconvertors with nanometers p-type component of Cu1.8S and graded-gap layers of (ZnS)x(CdSe)1-х and ZnxCd1-xS is elaborated. The effective sensors of ultraviolet radiation are prepared. The elaborated sensors could be used as photosensitive part of the metrological devices for ultraviolet electronics. The elaboration forms a basement of the creation of physical, technological and design basics of the preparation of the metrological control measuring devices.
