Theoretical and phenomenological researches of protons and nuclei interactions at high energies which is a subject of LHC experiments in CERN, including the ALICE and TOTEM ones, have been carried out. It has been shown that developed models are in a good agreement with the experimental results. The computational algorithms for the data processing of ALICE experiments on the multiplicity of hadrons generated in proton interactions have been optimized. The obtained results are mostly based on the complicated numerical calculations demanding cluster and grid-technologies.
