State lipid transport system and the activity of lipoprotein lipase activity was studied in 62 patients with symptoms of hyperheparinemia It is determined that a violation lipid transport system was different on the background of hypocholesterolemia and hypotriglyceridemia with decreasing content of polyunsaturated and increase saturated fatty acids, and directly depended on the concentration of heparin in the blood. The antiatherogenic changes direction lipid transport system were peculiar only to patients of hyperthyroidism and iron deficiency anemia by increasing the amount of HDL cholesterol in the background of reducing the amount of LDL cholesterol and VLDL cholesterol. Thus in patients with bronchial asthma there was a significant increase in VLDL cholesterol 1.39-fold compared with the control values and decreased concentrations of HDL cholesterol on 63,64 %, which testified to the atherogenic tendency of the lipid composition of the blood.First, it was found that the high activity of lipoprotein lipase in the background hyperheparinemia blood was accompanied by varying degrees of effectiveness lipolysis and depended on the level of heparin in plasma.
