Purpose - to process algorithms of the carriyng BRCA1/2 mutations risk calculation, and to create recommendations for the determining of the genetic predisposition of carriyng BRCA1/2 mutations and medical-genetic counseling of women who were exposed to ionizing radiation as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophe. Methods - medical-genetical consultation,molecular genetical methods,psychological testing, mathematic statistics. The analysis of algorithms showed, that algorithm BOADICEA and Manchester scoring system have the best discrimination power, than algorithms Penn II аnd Myriad concerning prediction of the carriyng BRCA1/2 mutations among Ukrainian women. Molecular genetical methodics were mastered. For the first time in Ukraine the frequency of 185delAG and 5382insC mutations of gene BRCA1 was determined among women participating in the liquidation of Chernobyl catastrophe consequence. The statistically significant difference of the frequency mutations carriyng between the group women with the Breast cancer and the group women without the Breast cancer was determined. Psychological characteristics of women with Breast cancer were defined, which violate their adaptation.
