Objective: To verify the changes pro-, antioxidant systems and the functional state of gonadal axis in irradiated male rats in different conditions of N-stearoylethanolamine and emotional-painful stress application. Methods: biochemical, enzyme immunoassay, hematological and statistical. It is established that under the combined influence of gamma-irradiation males rats in dose 6,0 Gy and emotional-painful stress and N-stearoylethanolamine injection at a dose of 10 mg/kg (before and after irradiation) were observed different direction changes of indices (concentration of TBA-active products, the activity of catalase, the concentration of testosterone and nitrite-anion, hematological indices of peripheral blood).
