The object of the research - pilot device for the early detection processes of spoilage potato, samples of potato tubers healthy and infected, experimental chamber. Purpose - to develop, fabricate and test pilot device that provides detection processes of spoilage potato tubers at an early stage when they are stored in vegetable store. Research Methods - standardized in Ukraine. In result of studies to identify the most common illness that cause damage and rotting potatoes and installed volatile organic substances emitted in it; designed, manufactured and tested the experimental sample of the device for detection of damage potato tubers at an early stage in laboratory conditions and in the conditions of greenhouses.
