The object of research: the structural organization of the femurs with titanium implants after the effect of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound. The methods of research: morphological, morpho-metric, biochemical, biomechamical and statistical. Used equipment: Ultrasound therapy "UST-1.01" with iltrasonic radiation "ITB 0,88- 1,08 F" tendodinamometric sensor SBA-100L, microscopes "Micross", "Primo Star", microtome "Reichert". The result of the research was the development of the concept of optimizing bone regeneration under the influence of low-intencity pulsed ultrasound, wich allowed to shorten the term of repair and improve the characteristics of bone density in the area of administration of titanium implants.
