The dynamics of physical, chemical and microbiological characteristics of the three mineral waters of Ukraine has been analyzed in non-geological conditions. Metabolism products of autochthonous microflora have been identified. It is justified that it is necessary to add algae and cyanobacteria determination to mineral waters quality parameters.
