Changes of characteristics of gold nanocylinders and carbon light-emitting nanostructures in silica matrix are studied by means of time-resolved spectroscopy. From the data on carbon-silica light-emitting structures the conclusion about the nature of luminescence centers is made. Single-layer and multi-layer graphens are obtained with a new method of graphen synthesis on nickel from solid source. For creation of matherials on the base of organic dyes with admixture of nanoparticles in polymer matrix the polymer matrix based on alyphatic polyuretane is synthesised.
