The recombinant vectors HyPer-N1 and Ruk-HyPer-N1 for high-scale expression of hydrogen peroxide in mammalian cells were obtained. Using life-time confocal scanning laser microscopy, the co-localization of Ruk/CIN85 with hydrogen peroxide production was revealed.
