Object of research: Monuments and cultural heritage sites of Crimea, and their environment. "Fortified settlements on the Genoese trade route from the Mediterranean to the Black Sea" parts, proposed for inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage List: architectural monument of national importance Genoese fortress "Cembalo" (ruins) 1357-1433 (Balaclava); architectural and archeological complex of national importance - Sudak fortress, XI-XV centuries (Sudak); architecture and urban planning monument of national importance Genoese fortress "Quarantine", XIII-XVI centuries (Feodosiya). Architectural monument of national importance "Former Villa M.N.Vodarskoyi" territory and environment. Objective: Data collection, fixation, analysis and systematization, for the nominating documentation preparation for the object "Fortified settlements on the Genoese trade route from the Mediterranean to the Black Sea" parts, proposed for inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Creation of necessary and sufficient conditions for the preservation of architectural monument of national importance "Former Villa M.N.Vodarskoyi" and its environment traditional character, by developing scientific and engineering documentation to define the borders and usage modes of monuments protected area. Methods: Theoretical studies method, namely, the historical method in a systems approach, when under study multiple objects considered in the emergence and development. Systematization and generalization of previous work method. The methods of bibliographic, archival, cartographic, iconographic studies, and empirical research methods: observation, field research, comparison and mapping. Resume: The paper summarizes information about the object "Fortified settlements on the Genoese trade route from the Mediterranean to the Black Sea" parts, proposed for inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Photofixation and inventory of monuments was made. Scientific and engineering documentation about architectural monument of national importance "Former Villa M.N.Vodarskoyi" borders and modes of use of its territory and protected area was developed
