It has been established that the strains of Irpex lacteus and Trametes versicolor are capable to active synthesis of exoproteinases of milk-clotting action. It has been established that the milk-clotting activity of cultural medium of strains of basidiomycetes was top-level at a superficial way cultivation, than at the deep. At a superficial cultivation on liquid medium the screening of active producers of extracellular cellulase among 62 dikarions of basidiomycetes and 13 monokarions Stereum hirsutum has been conducted. Four dikarions (Irpex lacteus K-1, D-1, A-Don-02, and Daedaleopsis confragosa f. confragosa AnSc-1) and two monokarions (S. hirsutum Sh1-4, Sh7-2) have been selected. They are capable to the active synthesis of cellulolytic enzymes. The highly effective method of receiving of enzyme preparation of exocellulase which allows to receive the full complex of enzymes regardless of adsorption capacity has been developed. The original preparation of cellulase of basidiomycetes strains Irpex lacteus K-1, A-Don-02, D-1 and Daedaleopsis confragosa f. confragosa AnSc-1. The cellulolytic activity of dikariotic mycelium of 10 strains Pleurotus ostreatus at solid-phase cultivation on sunflower husks has been researched. The positive correlation between FPU-activity of enzymes of cellulolytic complex P. ostreatus and the productivity of fruit bodies has been detected. The selection of parental monokarions P. ostreatus for breeding of productivity of fruit bodies has been conducted. The main characteristic of parental monokarions P. ostreatus is the activity of extracellular cellulase on the vegetative stage of fungus development. The most optimal parameters of pulsed magnetic field on the productivity of mycelium biomass P. ostreatus is 0,5 Hz intensity during 30-50 min and 1 Hz intensity during 40-50 min. This impulse durations have been contributed the increasing of productivity of biomass by NK-35 strain P. ostreatus in compared with control.
